Our law firm is seeking a skilled and successful personal injury attorney to join our growing team and help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish in litigation, have excellent credentials, and a passion for helping people.

We are looking to shift the way that personal injury cases are handled and seen by not only other legal professionals but by people in the real world. We want to make a difference in the community by breaking the misconception that personal injury law firms only care about money and "chasing ambulances."

This is a flexible position offering you the ability to work remotely or in the office. We offer all the traditional benefits (health, medical, dental, vision, life) as well as a generous PTO policy (15 days) and a 401(k) with an employer match.

$175,000 - $300,000 yearly

• Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information
• Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
• Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system
• Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
• Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation

• Computer proficiency is essential
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
• State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative
• Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
