Automotive Service Technician

Automotive Service Technician/MechanicKarl Malone Ford Park City Karl Malone Group is seeking a full-time Experienced Service Technician to work in a Certified shop. As a member of our team, you will help support customers through the timely repair and delivery of their vehicle. Responsibilities include performing duties per repair order with efficiency and accuracy, repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. You will also test a vehicle's components and systems using necessary test drives, diagnostic tools, and special service equipment. Communication directly with the Service Advisor regarding the vehicle's status and any additional needs is required. If additional repairs are needed, you will provide an estimate of the time needed for those repairs. You will complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed or needed. Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications and maintaining a clean and orderly work area following prescribed safety regulations are also part of the role.Requirements include a strong automotive background, strong skills in teamwork and communication, a valid driver's license free from major infractions, attention to detail, and the ability to see tasks through.
