Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid OH K-12 IS License required
- Experience or training in adaptive curriculum and behavior management preferred
- Dedication to fostering a supportive, positive classroom culture
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students in grades K-8
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Analyze progress and adjust instruction to meet unique learning needs
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages academic, social, and emotional growth
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and required documentation
