Remote+ consistent commute to Twin Falls, ID | $95K to $105K | Serac Inc., a leading packaging machinery OEM (filling, capping, and cup-filling systems), is looking for a senior Customer Account Manager to own one of our most strategic accounts. This is a remote-based role with consistent, required onsite presence in Twin Falls, Idaho . In this role you will: Own and grow revenue for a high-value account anchored in Twin Falls, ID Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, maintenance contracts, and parts Partner with operations, engineering, and field service Mentor junior account managers and own escalations What we're looking for: 8 to 10 years in packaging or automation equipment, including 5+ years with filling and capping systems 5+ years managing client accounts with proven revenue growth Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong account planning, negotiation, and communication skills Location: Remote, with consistent required commute to Twin Falls, ID.
