Recruiting AssistantOur Recruiting and Retention department has the opportunity for a Recruiting Assistant to join the Firm's expanding Talent team. Our Recruiting Team supports full-cycle recruiting efforts for all lateral attorneys and business professional staff firm-wide. Under supervision, the recruiting assistant provides administrative assistance to the Recruiting Team. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Recruiting (Attorney Recruiting) and will perform complex and specialized administrative tasks related to sourcing, attracting, and hiring lateral attorneys, while working collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. This position may also assist with business professional recruiting as needed. This position is hybrid and will sit in our Denver, CO office.Assisting with day-to-day administrative recruiting tasks such as maintaining resumes and candidate profiles in the firm's applicant tracking system (ATS), posting jobs, scheduling interviews, scheduling check-in and exit calls, monitoring Firm-Recruiting email correspondence, etc.Tracking Referrals, maintaining needed documentation, and coordinating with payroll to issue referral paymentsMonitoring email ticketing system for incoming Recruiting emails and handle accordinglyProcessing expenses and invoices for timely payment consistent with firm policyMaintaining various reports and surveys related to applicant and candidate trackingUpdating and maintaining applicant tracking system (iCIMS)Coordinating with Office Administrators to draft and post job adsAssisting with projects including Excel, PowerPoint, research and reportingOther administrative duties as assigned1+ years of professional administrative support experienceLaw firm experience preferredAssociates or bachelor's degree from an accredited university or community college preferredCandidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environmentAble to efficiently manage to completion multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailCan be relied upon to exercise good judgment, confidentiality and discretionPlans ahead and proactively anticipates and resolves problemsHas strong professional and interpersonal communication skillsExperience in HR or recruiting is a plusProficient in all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Document Management System, and expense systemsIn accordance with California's amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $44,400 and $60,200. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $44,400 and $60,200. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $41,600 to $53,900.
