Human Resources Specialist (Military)
As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) GS-0201-09, you will implement the State's Incentive Program and subordinate programs, including SRIP, AMEDD, SLRP, CLRP and BRS-CP (collectively referred to as incentive contracts and programs) through policy execution and processing of contracts/actions. Conduct a continuous review of policies related to contract monitoring, termination notifications, Congressional inquiries, and complaints from the Inspector General as applicable. Provide support in the training and oversight of lower echelon system operators (Brigade, Battalion, etc.) to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Analyzes and reports on trends observed during training sessions and ongoing activities, making informed recommendations to the State Incentives Manager based on these findings. Perform other duties as assigned.
