Operator Position in Kalamazoo

We are hiring Operators for our site in Kalamazoo! Do you have a High School Diploma or equivalent? Can you lift, push and/or pull, up to 50 lbs.? Do you thrive in fast-moving environments? If your answers are YES, you've passed the first hurdle to working at Epredia!

1st Shift Operator, Manufacturing

We're seeking a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Operator, Manufacturing to join our production team. This role is responsible for running equipment, performing routine quality checks, and ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing processes. If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a team that values precision and teamwork.

What you will be doing:

• Tasks associated with the operation, inspecting and packaging of finished goods, including quality checks (visual inspection of parts for defects - fill levels, packaging and others)
• Completing production operations work orders accurately
• Performing equipment set-up and change over, basic preventative maintenance, cleaning of equipment, work area and facility while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Applies Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles in all areas of responsibility
• Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI), 5S, and other continuous improvement and lean projects
• Comply with safety and regulatory regulations, policies, and procedures
• Exercise proper lifting, bending, and twisting techniques

Skills you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and Can lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS), provide clear documentation and complete appropriate paperwork.
• English language fluency required - including ability to speak, read and write without assistance
• Basic computer skills - data entry, log in/out, screen and program navigation
• Possess working mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication and division)
