Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to blueprints and specifications. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet precise dimensional and surface finish requirements. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or program errors. Read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints, schematics, and G-code. Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
