Schedule: Day | Full Time 6:30am-5pm, call required including weekend call. Call is 1 weeknight/week, 1 weekend every 5 weeks.

How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

Perform scrub and circulating duties while maintaining sterile technique, patient safety, and accurate clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the interdisciplinary team to support positive surgical outcomes and procedural efficiency.

Assess and monitor patient condition throughout cardiovascular procedures, communicating critical updates to support timely clinical decision-making and quality patient care.

Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms, surgical instruments, and specialized equipment to ensure procedural readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• One or more of the following required:
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

• Pedi CVOR RN experience
• 5+ years OR RN experience
