Operation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role that combines office administration, HR support, marketing coordination, and basic IT assistance to help keep the organization running efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and thrives in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative functions to ensure a productive workplace. Coordinate office supplies, vendors, facilities, and equipment. Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming mail and correspondence. Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with company events. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents. Support HR activities, including employee onboarding, personnel records, and benefits administration. Coordinate business cards, marketing materials, promotional items, and company events. Assist with website updates, social media content, and other marketing initiatives. Provide basic IT support by troubleshooting common hardware, software, printers, and office equipment, while coordinating with external IT providers as needed. Provide administrative support to leadership, sales, and other departments as required. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Up to one year of office administration or related experience. Previous HR support experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of office technology with the ability to troubleshoot common IT issues. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus. Why Join Us?
