As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Order Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Position Summary As a member of the Order Fulfillment team at WDC Kitchen & Bath Center, you will coordinate with the customer for their order delivery/installation confirmations as product arrives at the warehouse. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of customer service and best practices. You should be able to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional communication skills, contributing to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from customers and sales consultants to provide assistance and coordination on open orders. Make outbound calls and emails to notify customers of their product availability, setting a delivery and/or installation date, and providing any other clarifying information needed. Use various software to review open orders for accuracy and update orders or customer information if changes occur. Review quotes and purchase orders received. Ensure pricing and model numbers are correct; if discrepancies occur, escalating the matter to find a solution and notifying the appropriate persons involved. Notify customers of available warranties if not selected at time of order placement through the Sales Consultant. Qualifications 2–4 years’ experience with purchase order coordination, accounts receivables, or similar role. 1–2 years’ experience with customer service or customer‑facing environments preferred. Proficient in MS Office preferred. Excellent organizational skills required. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good listening skills. Minimum high school diploma or GED required. Ability to change direction as priorities shift and adapt to changing circumstances. Ability to cope with occasionally difficult or temperamental customers. Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress related to the position. Schedule availability: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Working environment & conditions: General office setting, frequently sitting while using computer and phone. Required to wear comfortable and office‑appropriate clothes within business‑casual standards. What We Offer Starting pay range of $19.00 to $23.00 an hour.
