About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Head of HR Partnering for the Americas. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in translating the global HR strategy into local execution, ensuring the successful implementation of workforce initiatives, organizational effectiveness, leadership programs, and people priorities across the region. The successful candidate will lead and develop the HR Partnering organization, serve as a trusted HR advisor to business and site leaders, and champion employee engagement and organizational culture. Key responsibilities include driving the regional implementation of workforce planning, organizational design, and effectiveness initiatives, as well as leading the integration of business leaders with the broader HR ecosystem. Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in HR leadership, with a focus on regional or global HR business partnering, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy. Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and change implementation within complex organizations is essential. The role requires a leader with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, who can build strong partnerships across HR and business functions. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or equivalent advanced qualification. Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a commitment to ethical practices in HR.
