Corporate Paralegal

We're looking for a paralegal to support our in-house legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment. *Please note, we are not able to consider candidates who currently or in the future will require VISA sponsorship. What Youll Do: Manage legal intake process, workflow tracking, and record maintenance to ensure timely handling of requests in accordance with established processes. Partner with Legal Counsel to develop and maintain legal playbooks, standard operating procedures, and internal compliance guidance. Oversee Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) management, including preparation, tracking, execution, and record maintenance. Administer contracts by monitoring key milestones, expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and compliance requirements. Manage intake and fulfillment of Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests from customers and vendors and liaise with insurance brokers to issue certificates.
