About the job Office Assistant
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and efficient? Were looking for a detail-driven Office Assistant to support our daily operations and help keep our workplace running smoothly.
- Provide general administrative support across departments
- Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
- Maintain digital and physical records with care and accuracy
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Track office supplies and reorder as needed
- Assist in preparing and formatting internal documents and reports
- Support scheduling, internal communications, and office coordination tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a highly organized mindset
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plusbut not required
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
