What You'll Do
  • Provide general administrative support across departments
  • Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Maintain digital and physical records with care and accuracy
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Track office supplies and reorder as needed
  • Assist in preparing and formatting internal documents and reports
  • Support scheduling, internal communications, and office coordination tasks
What You Bring to the Table
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly organized mindset
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plusbut not required
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
