What You'll Do

• Provide first assist services for surgical procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting

• Maintain sterile techniques and assist with surgical instrumentation
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Document all surgical assistance accurately
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN license with First Assist certification
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience with surgical assist skills
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work a daytime schedule, with flexibility for orientation and potential on-call duties
