What You'll Do

• Provide critical care nursing services to adult patients in a 20-bed unit
• Monitor patient health status and respond to emergencies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety procedures
• Support patient and family education as needed

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts RN License and Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (mandatory)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
