What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed unit
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhering to unit protocols and standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and utilize critical care equipment
• Document patient conditions and progress accurately and thoroughly
• Adhere to dress code of personal scrubs of any color during shifts
• Follow all unit policies, including patient ratios of 1:2 and block scheduling requirements

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool)
• Current and valid RN license
• Critical care nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work nights and adapt to unit procedures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-focused skills
