Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job TitleWork Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.Essential FunctionsVerify outbound shipments and inbound receipts with documentation provided.Delivers materials to designated locations. This includes incoming PO's, courier packages, and RMA's, as well as warehouse stocked items needed for production.Load and unload trucks using fork trucks, manual lifts, dollies, and skids comparing identifying information such as counts, weights, or measurements to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders or other records, packages.Examine incoming shipments for damage, record shortages, and route items to departments. Receipt incoming deliveries into computer system from information on packing lists. Process materials to stock after inspection.Maintain stock of materials used for packaging and shipping. Order materials as necessary.Process requisitions, jobs, and miscellaneous transactions in computer system as needed. Communicate stock discrepancies to proper teams.Pack, wrap, weight, and label production and stock materials for shipment.
