Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Dove Technologies is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and generate qualified sales opportunities.

This person will manage HubSpot, email marketing, digital advertising, website conversion, and marketing reporting across Dove's print, IT, physical security, barcode, and solutions businesses.

This is a one-person internal marketing department supported by outside specialists when needed. Success will be measured primarily by qualified opportunities, marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue, and return on marketing investment.

Primary Responsibilities

Demand Generation

• Develop and execute campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities within Dove's markets.
• Target organizations that fit Dove's ideal customer profiles.
• Manage campaigns across email, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, organic search, website inquiries, referrals, and events.
• Partner with sales leadership on campaign priorities, target accounts, offers, messaging, and lead follow-up.
• Test and improve campaigns based on lead quality, conversions, pipeline, and revenue.

HubSpot and Email Marketing

• Manage HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, forms, landing pages, email campaigns, nurture sequences, lists, and dashboards.
• Manage lead scoring, segmentation, routing, attribution, and handoff to sales.
• Build prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other approved data sources.
• Create and execute targeted email campaigns for prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant marketing data.

Digital Advertising and Website Conversion

• Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other appropriate advertising channels.
• Create campaign audiences, advertisements, landing pages, and conversion paths.
• Manage website content, forms, calls to action, and marketing-related improvements.
• Improve website traffic quality, lead capture, conversion rates, routing, and attribution.
• Coordinate outside resources for major website development, technical SEO, video, photography, or specialized design.

Reporting and Sales Support

• Track leads, qualified opportunities, pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and marketing ROI.
• Develop concise reports showing what is working and where marketing investment should be adjusted.
• Create practical campaign and sales materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Support sales with campaign messaging, presentations, case studies, and one-page solution briefs.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or a comparable platform.
• Demonstrated experience executing and improving lead generation campaigns.
• Experience with email marketing, digital advertising, landing pages, and marketing reporting.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate as Dove's primary internal marketing resource.
• Ability to create professional marketing materials using Canva or a similar tool.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and website content management.
• Experience working closely with a B2B sales organization.
• Experience in technology, managed services, office technology, physical security, or another recurring-revenue business.

Success Measures

Performance will be evaluated primarily on:

• Qualified opportunities created
• Marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue
• Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
• Cost per qualified opportunity
• Return on marketing investment
• Accurate lead routing, attribution, and reporting

Specific goals will be established based on Dove's marketing budget, sales capacity, historical results, and annual growth objectives.
