Sr. Plant Director
We have been retained to identify a Sr. Plant Director for a large, complex food manufacturing operation producing a variety of bakery products for one of the fastest-growing brands in its category. This facility employs approximately 450 people and plays a critical role in supporting the company's continued expansion and long-term growth strategy.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing leadership team within a business that is investing heavily in its people, processes, and systems. The organization has built a strong culture centered around continuous improvement, accountability, and servant leadership, and is seeking a leader who can help drive the next phase of operational excellence.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
• Servant leadership style with a proven ability to develop and engage teams
• 7+ years of experience leading large, complex food or beverage manufacturing operations
• Demonstrated success driving results through people, process, and systems
• Experience implementing and sustaining Lean, TPM, or similar Continuous Improvement programs
• Sense of urgency and bias for action in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
