SNL Youth Academy creates fun, engaging programs that help children build confidence, develop new skills, and feel included.
We currently operate in more than 33 towns, partnering with recreation departments and public and private schools to provide after-school care, enrichment programs, athletics, STEM, strategy, and creative arts experiences.
We also work with schools and communities to offer full-day camps during summer and winter breaks, school vacations, holidays, and other days when schools are closed.
We are looking for energetic, dependable, and caring team members who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact. Whether you are pursuing a career in education, coaching, child development, recreation, STEM, or the arts, SNL offers valuable hands-on experience, flexible opportunities, professional growth, and the chance to join a growing organization that believes every kid deserves to have fun!
