On-site — Fabrication Support Specialist

$21 per hour

Avantor seeks a Fabrication Support Specialist to support cleanroom lab operations in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role involves inventory management, material handling, and adherence to strict contamination control protocols to serve biopharma and pharmaceutical customers.

Responsibilities

Operate within Class 1 cleanroom environments following strict safety and contamination control protocols
Manage consigned and customer-owned inventory across Fab and Sub-Fab locations
Prepare shipping documentation and ensure packaging meets regulatory requirements
Monitor orders using Intel's ordering system and track material requests in SharePoint
Deliver production materials and consumables throughout the facility and conduct routine maintenance on equipment

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
2+ years material handling, inventory replenishment, or customer service experience
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and computer/smartphone skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Spill containment training, IMDG, LOTO, or OSHA Right to Know certification preferred
2-year technical degree or related experience preferred

Compensation: $21 hourly
