Job Description
Title: LPN - Nursing

Schedule: Days, 12 hour shifts (6a - 6p)

Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
- LPN license in the state
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- IV certification preferred for LPNs

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
- Ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the director of nursing and other staff to provide optimal patient care.
- Support nursing staff in the execution of care plans and interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the nursing team.

Compliance / Notes:
- Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary due to lack of public transportation.
