Schedule\n Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week. Job Description\n Join our fast-paced Medical ICU, providing critical care for a diverse patient population including those with sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failures, COPD, chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, alcohol and substance use disorders, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy. This unit consists of 30 beds, requiring dedicated and experienced nursing staff to deliver high-quality care. Responsibilities\n \n Monitor and assess patient conditions in a critical care setting. \n Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n Utilize and manage ventilators and other advanced medical equipment. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to modify patient care plans as needed. \n Provide education and support to patients and their families. \n Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n Minimum of 3 years of critical care nursing experience. \n Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required. \n RN licensure in the state of practice. \n Why ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
