TAY Case Manager / Life Coach Location: Hybrid - Redlands, CA Schedule: Full Time | Non-Exempt Department: Transitional Age Youth Reports to: Core Program Director I Pay Range: $22.50 – $24.00 per hour Position Summary Our Redlands office seeks a Case Manager/Life Coach to provide case management and supportive housing services for up to 12 young adults in our supportive housing programs. Aspiranet’s Transition Age Youth programs offer client‑centered, trauma‑informed assistance that meets best practice standards. Join our multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in empowering youth (ages 18–25) as they transition from foster care to independent living. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with youth and support team members to identify strengths and needs and develop service plans. Provide weekly case contact and support to assess program compliance, regulatory standards, and progress. Conduct assessments and screenings, ensuring identified needs are addressed through referrals, follow‑up, and safety planning. Qualifications Education & Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience working with children and/or transition‑age youth, and knowledge of the foster care system. Licenses & Certifications Meet all state employment requirements: Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL, and clean driving record. Work Environment & Schedule Physical Demands: The position typically operates in a standard office environment with quiet noise levels within OSHA safety limits.
