Our client is looking for a Technical Support Specialist who can resolve issues remotely, handle them on‑site, and raise the bar for the whole team. If you're the person your current crew turns to when a ticket gets complicated — someone who communicates as well as they troubleshoot, and is just as comfortable migrating a file server to SharePoint as diagnosing a network issue in the field — keep reading. You'll spend most of your week in the office solving client problems remotely — Active Directory, Entra/Azure AD, Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, networking, server gremlins, email security, and documenting it all so the whole team levels up. You're the first stop when Tier 1 gets stuck, and the person the senior engineers trust to take a real bite out of an escalation before it ever reaches them. But you're not chained to a desk. When a client needs hands on‑site, you grab your bag and go — troubleshoot a flaky switch, diagnose hardware vs. user vs. network, swap gear, and yes, cut and crimp your own Ethernet when the situation calls for it. You can tell the difference between “the printer is broken” and “the printer is fine, the driver isn't,” and you fix the right thing. Notice you're solving the same issue twice? Good — you'll itch to standardize it, document it, and automate it so nobody touches it a third time. AI is changing how MSPs work, and our client is actively shaping how they'll bring it to both their team and their clients. The ideal candidate is already curious here — comfortable with the major LLMs, aware of how AI is reshaping internal tooling and productivity, and starting to explore how clients can use it to reach real business goals. You don't need to be an expert; you need to be leaning in. What's required: We're looking for 2+ years in IT (ideally MSP / multi‑client) with advanced, hands‑on knowledge of: Active Directory & GPO Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams) Microsoft Intune & endpoint management Windows 10 / 11 (and Windows Server: print, file, AD roles) Networking — wired, wireless, and firewall fundamentals (Cisco/Meraki a plus) Email troubleshooting & email security platforms Field / dispatch troubleshooting — hardware diagnosis, cabling, on‑site fixes Documentation discipline and a bias toward standardizing the fix Bonus points: Scripting (PowerShell), Azure infrastructure / AVD exposure, hands‑on familiarity with AI/LLM tooling, or experience mentoring a Tier 1 bench. More Bonus points for any Certs you hold including: Highly familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem. Bonus if you've proven it with: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD‑102) CompTIA Network+ / A+ (a plus for the field side) No cert?
