Role To engineer and orchestrate true omnichannel marketing strategies—spanning email, SMS, physical mail, push notifications, WhatsApp, and beyond—that transform customer retention into a scalable revenue machine. Acting as a trusted consultant under our elite TotalCare model, you will leverage advanced Marketing Technology, B2C CRM (Klaviyo), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and custom AI agents to architect solutions that drive exponential growth across data, marketing, customer service, and digital surfaces with personalized, automated, cross-channel campaigns. Responsibilities The Omnichannel Strategic Roadmap: Architect the overarching lifecycle strategy across all touchpoints (Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Push, WhatsApp, K:Service). You will translate complex data and consumer behavior into high-performance revenue engines. AI & Technological Innovation: Act as a pioneer in AI-driven marketing. You will command the building of custom AI agents, implement AI workflows, and leverage artificial intelligence across every aspect of your strategic consulting and execution. TotalCare Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the strategic anchor within our TotalCare model. You will collaborate deeply with internal consultants, strategists, design, engineering, and AI teams to deliver cohesive, enterprise-grade commerce solutions. Pre-Sales & Commercial Growth: Act as a commercial catalyst. You will support the pre-sales process and provide executive-level consulting, collaborating closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to land new business and expand existing accounts. Platform Mastery: Maintain absolute authority over complex CRM and CDP ecosystems, ensuring the health, segmentation logic, and advanced capabilities of platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Nosto, SAP Emarsys, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are fully maximized. Travel: 5-10% travel to industry conferences, client on-site strategy workshops, and partner strategy workshops. Qualifications Experience & Technical Skills MarTech Authority: Extreme proficiency with Klaviyo, leading CDPs, and enterprise commerce-oriented marketing technology (Braze, Nosto, SAP Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Omnichannel Expertise: Proven track record of architecting full-funnel retention programs that extend far beyond email/SMS to include physical mail, WhatsApp, and app push notifications. Consulting & Pre-Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to support complex sales cycles, pitch high-level strategy to C-suite executives, and drive growth alongside partnership and commercial teams. Data & Analytics: Deep fluency in structuring CRM tech stacks, utilizing tracking/personalization tools, and turning raw data into actionable, strategic pivots.
