Territory Sales Manager

Company Description

Our client, a well-established, multi-location lighting showroom with deep roots in the South Florida design and building community is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join their Boca Raton team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for trade professionals, building and nurturing relationships with designers, architects, contractors, GC's and builders to drive project-based sales. You will leverage a stunning showroom and an extensive portfolio of products from the world's leading lighting manufacturers to help clients bring their visions to life.

Job Description

• Develop and grow a book of business within the trade community (interior designers, architects, electrical contractors, custom builders, GC's)
• Plan and conduct lunch & learn presentations for design firms, architecture studios, and contractor teams to showcase new products and trends
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand visibility and expand your professional network
• Provide expert product recommendations across a wide range of lighting fixtures, fans, LEDs, controls, and specialty products
• Collaborate with clients on residential and commercial projects from concept through completion
• Stay current on lighting trends, new product launches, and emerging technologies through ongoing training
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of sales experience, ideally in lighting, home furnishings, building materials, or a related trade-focused industry
• Existing relationships within the South Florida design and build community are a strong plus
• Passion for design and a genuine interest in lighting as a craft
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and clear driving record are required, a COMPANY VEHICLE will be provided.
