Inpatient Pharmacist

We're actively hiring an experienced inpatient pharmacist for a hospital opportunity in Ventura, California. This is a great chance to step into a fast-paced acute care environment with a strong schedule structure, long-term stability, and potential for temp-to-hire placement.
Responsibilities- Perform inpatient pharmacy staffing duties in a hospital setting
- Verify medication orders and ensure safe, accurate dispensing
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff on patient care
- Monitor medication therapies and support clinical pharmacy operations
- Utilize Cerner for pharmacy documentation and workflow
- Work variable shifts including swing shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Active California Pharmacist license
- Recent hospital inpatient pharmacy experience required
- Experience using Cerner required
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour and 10-hour shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- ASAP start
- 3-6 month contract with potential temp-to-hire opportunity
- Full-time schedule, primarily 4x10-hour shifts per week
