Machine Operator

TKO StaffPros LLC is currently seeking a Machine Operator for one of clients in the Tupelo, MS area. This is a full-time position with a growing company. This role within in Manufacturing is ideal for individuals looking to grow with a company in industrial operations. In this position, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, maintaining production standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency. Previous machine operating experience is required as training will be provided to ensure your success. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 - $19.00 per hour, along with shift differentials for those going to 2nd and 3rd shifts opportunities for professional development within a growing organization. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as assigned Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies Follow production schedules and verbal/written instructions from supervisors Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to management Assist with material handling, loading, and packaging tasks as needed Complete production logs, shift reports, and other documentation accurately Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and lift-up to 50 pounds Basic reading and math skills for production documentation and measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential Willingness to work 1st/2nd or 3rd shift TKO offers a benefits packets to it's employees for a small fee that is payroll deducted. #J-18808-Ljbffr TKO StaffPros
