Industrial Sewing Machine Operator

Position: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator
Pay: $14.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-2:00 PM
Location: Tupelo, MS
- Sew bedding components (covers, panels, borders) using industrial sewing equipment
- Follow work orders and specifications to ensure stitch quality and consistency
- Measure, align, and assemble materials accurately
- Inspect finished products for defects such as loose threads or missed seams
- Perform basic machine tasks like threading, needle changing, and minor adjustments
- Sewing experience required , especially in industrial or bedding sewing; open to candidates with strong sewing skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for early start times at 5:00 AM
- Sewing Machine operation
- Industrial sewing and bedding sewing techniques
- Seam inspection and defect detection
- Needle changing and threading
- Material measurement and fabric alignment
