Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Grapevine, TX (ONSITE) Job Type: Contract Pay: Up to $18/hour Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PMAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative II to support customers, business partners, and drivers in a fast-paced freight and delivery environment. You'll be responsible for resolving customer issues, monitoring delivery activity, and coordinating changes while maintaining a high level of service. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.What You'll DoAssist customers and business partners by phone and emailHandle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutionsDiagnose, assess, and resolve service issuesMonitor the progress of delivery routesCommunicate with drivers and business partners regarding delivery activityScan haul-away pods and verify required stampsProcess delivery order changes and cancellationsMaintain accurate information while handling multiple tasksProvide timely solutions and follow through on customer concernsWhat We're Looking ForRequired:At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environmentExperience answering customer inquiries and resolving problemsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organization and multitasking abilitiesAbility to remain professional and solution-focused under pressurePreferred:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious call center experienceExperience with transportation, freight, logistics, or delivery operationsExperience with other business applicationsBilingual English/Spanish skillsWhy This Opportunity?Fast-paced freight and logistics environmentOpportunity to work directly with customers, drivers, and business partnersGain valuable experience in customer service and delivery operationsPotential to grow your skills within a dynamic organizationIf you're a customer-focused problem solver who thrives in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.
