Hirenexus is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Human Resources to build and lead a proactive HR function for a ~400-employee, PE-backed importer and distributor. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution across multiple brands, sites, and a growing team. Based in the Chicago western suburbs with hybrid on-site requirements, you will partner with the CEO and CFO, drive HR strategy, oversee payroll and benefits, and scale the HR operation to support national distribution and field teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirenexus
