Sales Account Executive

Tech Painting Company is seeking a dedicated sales professional. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a desire to uphold our high standards of service. They will be tasked with managing our existing book of business while also developing new relationships with prospects. Requirements: Previous experience working autonomously Demonstrated success in previously held positions Self-motivated professional Familiarity with CRM platforms Must be able to meet weekly sales goals Must be able to work within budget Must be reliable Must be a team player Preferred but Not Required Experience in price estimation for similar work. Responsibilities: The candidate is responsible for conducting any and all steps pertaining selling and estimating bids and submitting them for proposals. They will work with the Operations team to ensure a smooth transition once the contract is won. Candidate will also be responsible for executing marketing-driven efforts as directed. Meet with existing clients Meet weekly sales goals Be an active participant in the development of and/or adjustments as needed to sales strategy Attend meetings and professional association functions Host clients and/or community partners at local events, dinners, luncheons, etc. Meet with clients/prospects and formulate scopes of work Write up and present estimates to clients/prospects Operations: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth transition from the closed deal to project start and throughout the project. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Base per year + Commission Location: In person- Alexandria, VA.
