The Business Analyst / Enterprise Business Partner (EBP) bridges Field Service stakeholders and IT delivery teams. The role translates strategy, operational needs, user pain points, data needs, and business risks into prioritized requirements, process improvements, testable solutions, and measurable. They should have experience acting as a liaison between field engineers, technical team members, and business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, process maps, and executive-ready summaries. They should have strong validation testing experience, from writing test scripts through to pre-production validation.
