A leading global immigration law firm is seeking a temporary Business Immigration Analyst to join its San Diego office located near University City. This is an excellent opportunity for a entry-level legal professional looking to build a career in immigration law, legal services, or client support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior legal internships, immigration experience, law clerk experience, Legal Studies coursework, or strong customer service backgrounds are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with employment-based immigration case preparation and filing.
• Gather, review, and organize supporting documentation.
• Draft immigration forms, correspondence, and case materials.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding case status and documentation needs.
• Maintain case management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support attorneys and team members with high-volume case processing and filing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or relevant professional experience.
• Prior legal internship, law clerk, immigration, or legal support experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and client communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
