Key Responsibilities The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for complex and business-critical positions. This role partners with hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, assess candidates, and deliver high-quality hires that support organizational growth. The Senior Recruiter acts as a trusted advisor on market trends, workforce planning, and hiring best practices while driving an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor’sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministrationorarelatedfield, oranequivalentcombinationofeducationanddirectlyrelevanttalent ** acquisitionexperience**. Fiveormoreyearsofprogressive,fullcyclerecruitingortalentacquisitionexperienceinacorporate,agencyorblendedrecruitingenvironment. Demonstratedsuccessrecruitingacrossmultiplebusinessfunctionsandorganizationallevels,includingtechnicalorengineering,manufacturing,operations,supplychain,informationtechnology,sales,finance,humanresourcesandothercorporateorprofessionalroles. Provenabilitytoindependentlymanagethecompleterecruitinglifecycle,includingintakeandrolecalibration,requisitionlaunch,sourcing,candidateassessment,interviewmanagement,offerdevelopment,negotiation,closingandonboardinghandoff. AdvancedsourcingcapabilityusingLinkedInRecruiter,Booleanandinternet-searchtechniques,talentmapping,professionalnetworks,referrals,jobboardsanddirectoutreachtoidentifyandengageactiveandpassivecandidates. Demonstratedabilitytobuildsustainabletalentpipelinesforhigh-volume,recurring,specialized,difficult-to-fillandleadership-levelhiringneeds. Proficiencywithapplicanttrackingsystemsandrecruitingworkflows,includingaccuraterequisitionandcandidatedocumentation,reporting,dispositionmanagementanddata-integritypractices;experiencewithWorkdayoracomparableenterpriseATS. Workingknowledgeofapplicablefederal,stateandlocalemploymentrequirementsandrecruitingcompliancepractices,includingequalemploymentopportunity,accommodation,candidate-recordmanagement,dataconfidentialityandconsistentselectiondocumentation. Preferred Qualification Recruitingexperiencewithintechnology,advancedmanufacturing,semiconductor,hardware,cloudinfrastructure,datacenter,electronics,engineeringoranothercomplexproductandoperationsenvironment. Demonstratedsuccessrecruitingamixofhourlyornonexempt,technical,professional,managementandleadershiptalentacrossmultiplesitesorgeographicmarkets. Knowledgeoftalent-marketintelligencepractices,includinglabor-marketresearch,competitormapping,compensationtrends,skillavailabilityandlocation-basedtalentinsights. Experiencewithemployerbranding,recruitmentmarketing,employee-referralprograms,targetedoutreach,recruitingeventsordevelopmentofcompellingcandidatemessagingandemployeevaluepropositions. ExperienceusingAI enabledrecruitingorsourcingtoolstoimproveresearch,outreach,workflowefficiencyortalentinsights,withappropriatehumanoversight,confidentialityandresponsible-usepractices.
