Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize established evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate recovery and personal growth.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, to coordinate care and develop integrated treatment plans.

• Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment pathways, and medication management, ensuring clarity and comprehension of their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
