About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President/Project Executive with a focus on U.S. Military construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership in the pursuit and execution of U.S. Federal construction projects in the UK and Europe. This role involves supporting business development, leading project delivery from preconstruction to closeout, and establishing strong relationships with federal clients, particularly those in the Air Force. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of professional construction experience, with a significant background in U.S. Military construction, including experience with NAVFAC and USACE. A strong preference is given to those with Air Force client/project experience and a proven track record in both horizontal and vertical construction, particularly in the context of military installations. Key responsibilities for the Vice President/Project Executive include overseeing complex projects valued at $100M+, developing and maintaining project execution strategies, and ensuring the financial, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual compliance of the projects. The role also requires the ability to lead a team, coordinate construction activities, and represent the company with senior stakeholders. The position demands a candidate with strong executive-level project leadership and business development capabilities, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel frequently. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, and previous experience working on U.S. Federal projects in the UK or Europe is a significant advantage.
