This position is responsible for multiple job duties including areas of cashiering and settlement, payroll, accounts receivables and payables, and departmental Global Control Standards compliance as well as other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include daily cashiering processes, dispute case research and resolution, payroll processes, period end reconciliation, and providing dedicated administrative support. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical ability, and the ability to work under pressure. Qualifications: High School Diploma/ GED required. Must be able to lift 10 lbs, continuously stand, rotate, twist, lift. Must be willing to travel to other market locations for back up support. Excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, attention to detail, results oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications, aptitude to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated, high level of initiative, tact, integrity, maturity, professionalism, respect for others, strong team player, willingness to learn and take on projects, ability to handle multiple-changing priorities simultaneously in sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed.
