Our managers oversee it all, ensuring that every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy. They build and lead great shifts, empower team members to grow their skill sets and maintain a positive attitude throughout the restaurant. We offer:
• Highly Competitive wages $50,000 to $58,000 and up based on experience plus:
• Aggressive bonus plan

• $2 per hour Premium Pay on Sundays and select holidays

Responsibilities:
• Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
• Assist the general manager in the overall operation of the restaurant
• Build and maintain a positive culture and friendly environment
• Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
• Lead team as a coach and mentor
• Support the development of a high performing team
• Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
• Hands on management in a fun, fast paced environment
Qualifications:
