Sales Support Specialist

Our client a fiber solutions company is seeking a Sales Support rep to join their South Carolina office. For this role they would like to find someone who is interested in eventually working in sales within their company. Title: Sales Assistant / Inventory Specialist Location: Greer SC and Carrollton TX locations FLSA: Full Time Direct hire Exempt Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services. Contact new and existing customers to evaluate and address their needs. Highlight product features and benefits to demonstrate solutions to customer challenges. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries about products. Negotiate pricing and terms; prepare and finalize sales agreements. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless operations. Maintain organized customer contact lists and actively follow up to foster long-term relationships. Qualifications: 1-2 years of sales support experience Experience with Excel Customer Service experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
