Senior Manager of Customer Program Management (Strategic Engagements)

What You’ll Be Doing:* Lead a team of Program Managers supporting IP engagements and customer success.
* Shape the strategic direction of customer experience for your region.
* Drive end-to-end customer journeys from pre-sales through silicon success.
* Collaborate with cross-function al teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage escalations and resolve issues proactively.
* Partner with Sales to support contract closure. The Impact You Will Have:

* Improve Synopsys products through customer feedback.
* Resolve escalations efficiently to maintain strong relationships.
* Lead and inspire a high-performin g team.
* Drive operational excellence and strategic improvements.
* Support key business and customer objectives. What You’ll Need:
* B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Experience working with SoC design flows and the IP IC Design ecosystem.
* 15+ years in engineering or program management roles.
* 10+ years of people management experience.
* Experience with contract negotiations.
* Strong communication and leadership skills. Who You Are:
