Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
Required:
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger experience
- Excellent organization and people skills
- 15,000 keystrokes per hour
- 10-key by touch proficiency
Preferences:
- Experience using J.D. Edwards
- Background in real estate or construction
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and AP transactions
- Assist in reviewing weekly check runs
- Help meet weekly deadlines
- Maintain strong data entry and administrative skills
- Ensure high-volume invoice processing
