Senior ServiceNow GRC Consultant

Role Overview: This is a senior role for a GRC Consultant specializing in ServiceNow. The consultant will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM and TPRM implementations, translating business requirements into technical configurations, and ensuring successful deployment and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM and TPRM implementations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, automated workflows, and dashboards.
- Configure forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other modules (ITSM, CMDB, SecOps) and external systems using REST or SOAP APIs.
- Facilitate risk assessments, control testing, and issue management processes.
- Provide post-implementation support, user training, and documentation.
- General ServiceNow platform experience with robust JavaScript proficiency.
- Hands-on experience administering or implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
- Experience with core platform tools including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Strong communication and client-facing stakeholder management skills.
- 3 to 6+ years of general ServiceNow platform experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC)
