This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes of upscale events including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings, delivering high-quality culinary experiences in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.

Position Overview


As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, executing, and presenting high-quality food for events while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute menu items according to event specifications
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with kitchen setup, prep, and breakdown
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event leadership
• Ensure timely execution of all service requirements

Qualifications
• Previous chef or line cook experience required
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks

Dress Code (Required)
• Black chef coat or black professional kitchen attire
• Black pants
• Non-slip black shoes

Clean, professional appearance required at all times.

Additional Information
• Parking is limited in Downtown Greenville during events - plan accordingly
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Event-based scheduling
