Sr Accountant

Salary: USD90000 - USD105000 per year Compensation: $90-105k Location: Orange, CA Industry: Medical Device 100% in Office Small Accounting Team of 5 Our growing medical device client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, provide financial insights, and mentor junior accounting staff. Will join a small team of 5 accounting team members in a true mission-driven culture. Responsibilities Support month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Maintain general ledger schedules for accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and inventory Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance Review accounting work completed by Staff Accountants and provide guidance as needed Oversee accounts payable activities, bank reconciliations, and cash reporting Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and system-related initiatives Support tax filings, audits, and special projects Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with QuickBooks Online Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career with a collaborative and expanding organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ledgent-Finance-
