Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time and/or Part-Time Category Food & Beverage Position Banquet Cook Description We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef, with at least 5 years of experience in fine dining cooking and comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen. Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Consistency to maintain food presentation, food quality, food production, portion Control and food cost 'waste'. And food sanitation audit controls and practices Maintain a clean and safe work area at all time. To be proactive and take full responsibility for maintaining the temperature log chart monitor all food temps and calibrate thermometers for the shift and to place the records in the sanitation logbook and attend pre shift meetings Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chef/Sous Chef/and Food & Beverage Managers. While maintaining open lines of communication and support for the kitchen Management Consistency and quality, which adheres to any special dietary regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all time.
