Sales Account Executive Medicare-Certified Skilled Home Health Agency Summary: The Sales Account Executive drives referral growth by developing relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and community providers. This role promotes Medicare-covered skilled home health services while ensuring full compliance with CMS and Florida regulations. Responsibilities: · Build and manage referral relationships to increase admissions · Educate referral sources on Medicare eligibility and agency services · Manage territory activity, referral pipeline, and census growth · Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to convert referrals · Represent the agency at community and healthcare events · Maintain compliance with Medicare, Anti-Kickback, and Stark regulations Qualifications:
