Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Participate in the development of crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards and the organization's policies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate and track client progress, aligning with the clinical team to adjust treatment as necessary.

• Actively engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance collaborative treatment strategies that support holistic client care.

• Serve as a key liaison between clients and various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for resources and support.

• Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external stakeholders to promote our mission and meet compliance standards.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with local agencies and organizations to explore funding opportunities and enhance community services.
\n
• Invest in your professional development by attending conferences, participating in training, and representing our organization in relevant forums.

• Contribute actively to the agency's mission by promoting our core values and ethical principles throughout your work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operations and client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License is essential to practice in Massachusetts.
